Lysyl-tRNA synthetase (KRS) is a component of multi-ARS complex and catalyzes the ligation of lysine with lysyl-tRNA. KRS is secreted from cancer cell by TNFa and activates monocyte / macrophage. KRS is also a component of capsid proteins of HIV
